A quiet read...

Where are you off to this afternoon Peggy Sue?

Why to read in the shade beside the frog pond.

A quiet read with my friend and companion, Little Owen.

Simple companionship is sometimes all that is needed.

Time to head back to the house

Sweet Peggy Sue.

Photos taken with both standard and monochrome settings.

Where are you off to Peggy Sue?

Peggy Sue seems to be on an important mission....she sets off early one morning...

Quite some time later she is seen returning with a new basket full of books.

That is a big basket you have there - I bet it is heavy!

The basket is full of books.

Looks like she has either been to the library or a bookshop.

Peggy Sue has been to the library.

Where have I been Owen?  I have been to the library!

I've brought home three books for us to read!

Let me take my hat and coat off.

Oh I am sure you will like the stories...I've got you Hercules!

What's that you say?  Don't forget to hang my coat up.  I won't.

There the coat has been hung up in the wardrobe.

What's that?

You would like me to read the Christmas book?

Are you sure?  Isn't it a bit early to read it just yet?

Isn't this the sweetest book?
