Xanthe is happy she got a new little summer outfit to wear today...although she thinks they might be okay for sleep wear as well!

Introducing my Maori Dolls.
So the other day I introduced this little fellow...or is she a girl?
Usually you can tell by their costume, but I'm not quite certain for this one...
Next up is my tallest Maori girl...
Her name is Aroha
This slightly smaller girl is Mere
The next two belonged to my grandparents and would have been bought in the seventies or eighties.
She has a lovely face. Her name is Kiri.
I didn't realise she was quite so dusty! Oops!
This young lady has sleep eyes and her name is Ngaire
Next we have the family related to the Moana family who have 'emigrated' to Hittyville.
From left to right Tama, Tane, little Timoti, Rangi and baby Rere
Lastly we have Wairaki.
Shoes for Xanthe?
Xanthe was pleased to finally have a pair of shoes arrive for her today...
She has a little giggle to herself...
They are miles too big! They were advertised for Lati Yellows...said they might be a little big, but I didn't think they would be this much too big! Sigh, still no shoes for little Xanthe. These were so cute too.

A bit of this and a bit of that
Using up the rest of the 'Menthol' yarn I added white to the skirt to make the latest knit dress.
I quite like this - it is very fresh looking. I am currently doing the same with some of the blueberry colour I had left over.
During the week little Xanthe went for a walk in the garden.
She especially liked the little violets - them being just her size.
This cheeky fellow has joined the Maori Tribe - soon to be revealed...

Some new arrivals...
Oh dear, while there have been some departures ...we have said goodbye to Bonnie Blue Blythe, a Katie Copy Cat, a barbie and almost goodbye to Sheena (awaiting payment)... oh and of course the Moana family who have 'emigrated' to Hittyville....there have been some new arrivals as well. Not sure how that happened!
So my debt has not been reduced...if anything it has risen slightly again. Sigh...
Anyway we will ignore that for now.
The three new arrivals are:
Utz, Ron & Otti
They wander outside and meet Rosie and Amy Lynn
The girls are delighted to meet the new children and welcome them warmly
Amy Lynn and Rosie tell them all about what it is like to live here.
They are very excited to have some more playmates.
